Creative Credo

 

To me, art is a solution for the ultimate riddle. However, in each work solution is given in the form of a unique creation rather than a once-and-for-all formulation. In that sense, works of art are infinite ways of coming to be through self-creation; I create my self as an artist each time through my act rather then being labeled as such after my own making. Consequently, my works are myself as other that has just become. So it is up to the perceptive beholder to find out in what way a work of art looks back as much as it is looked at. If you can solve that riddle as my counter-part then you and I are gone, since from the beginning we are meant to be one.
